Job Overview
- The Marketing Officer oversees the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organisations overall marketing strategy.
Job Description
- Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.
- Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
- Planning and managing all marketing events and projects evaluating their success.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
- Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
- Grow the Banks client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar marketing role.
- Ideally a Degree/OND/HND in Marketing although not essential.
- Strong and confident communicator

Job Title: Team Member – Credit Sales
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- The Credit Officer has the responsibility to work with the credit department to achieve the set goals of the bank while carrying out all the stated objectives in the job description.
Job Description
- Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications and ensure they meet the KYC requirements and any other requirements as required by the regulators.
- Responsible for identifying cross-selling opportunities and to refer such opportunities and leads to the Marketing Department.
- Assist in the Restructuring of debts in the interest of the company and customer.
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s Credit policy, procedures and service level agreements.
- Analyse financial data regarding loan requests for new, renewal and existing loans, including data provided by credit bureaus and other financial institutions files.
- Prepares spread sheets, reports, summaries and opinions for financial institutions officers on new, renewal and existing loans.
- Make recommendations for credit rating.
- Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks to locate prospects for credit products.
Requirements of the Role
- 1-3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.

Job Title: Team Member, Treasury
Location: Lagos
Job Overview
- The Treasury Officer has a responsibility to plan and manage the Liquidity, the Assets and Liabilities of the Microfinance Bank so that the maturities are matched to ensure availability of cash at all times to meet the requirements of our Clients, and to structure the balance sheet to that which optimizes returns on Investments.
Job Description
- Prepare and prescribe tools to define the treasury processes
- Prepare Policies and procedures manual for Treasury functions
- Define treasury benchmarks to measure the performance
- Treasury Officer should develop a Treasury Management Database, where he/she can record the Treasury Management indicators, economic data, market conditions, cash limits, treasury Management tools, reports and other financial information
- Define tools to monitor the treasury operations and implement them.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND/University Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in a reputed commercial bank or financial institutions
- At least 2 years’ experience in Treasury Operations
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity
