Job Description
- Initialize and setup new computer system for new and existing staff, security and passwords
- Investigate and diagnose network problems using the OSI level security
- Assist in the installation of various Computers, Computing Systems and network
- Collaborate with networking staff to install necessary hardware to systems
- Prepare training material and conduct training and conduct training for staff on information security
- Server room routine update and check
- Establish access control procedures and monitored access of users
- Assist staff with printing and scanning issues
- Manage the information assets of the Company
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years similar experience
- BSc. Computer Science and B.Engr.
- CCNA or any IT Certification will be an added advantage
