Lyxvara Concierge Solutions Limited – Our client is a luxury concierge company currently headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria. They offer a variety of concierge solutions which include; Personal concierge, Corporate concierge, Hotel/Residential concierge support, Events management, Worldwide VIP events access and Luxury travel programs.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitor office expenses and costs
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Maintains general ledger and preparation of the financial statement.
  • Supports all audit processes, internal and external audit.
  • Maintains the various ledger and Journal accounts using company accounting system.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
  • Maintains account receivable and account payable;
  • Prepares organization payroll and fills all relevant statutory deductions.
  • Maintains Fixed Assets register.
  • Produce an accurate set of monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual management accounts.
  • Prepares profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for management.
  • Computes and ensures taxes are paid on time i.e. VAT, WHT, CIT etc.
  • Assists in preparing budgets and business planning.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options.
  • Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
  • Costing for foreign purchased / imported items, and reporting them, to better control the payments in due dates, and raise any discrepancies

Requirements and Skills 

  • Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Accounting or any related accounting field.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience.
  • Excellent general math skills.
  • Deadline oriented.
  • Time management skills.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Good reporting and data entry skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent use of MS Excel.
  • Objectivity, confidentiality and thoroughness.
  • ICAN or ACCA professional qualification is preferred.

 

Job Title: Manager, Sales

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Explore, identify and develop new and potential clients / relationships to achieve business targets
  • Develop a clear understanding of the business / sales opportunities and client requirements, identify new up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and be able to articulate internally and externally
  • Maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external parties including the marketing , logistics team, and the clients
  • Plan and develop sales strategies, plans and channels to promote the brand and gain the business opportunities to drive the business growth
  • Manage and enhance relationship with clients at all levels
  • Meet the aggressive monthly goal for the market while maintaining focus on premier luxury product.
  • Leverage your existing contacts, relationships, and network to drive business and generate consignment, while maintaining strong relationships with our current consignor base.
  • Constantly prospect and develop new relationships and connections in order to drive business. These include stylists, personal shoppers, boutique owners, sales associates, and individual consignors.
  • Typically, each sale for our services will be considerable and the commissions to be earned will be attractive.

Requirements and Skills

  • Business relationships with a large number of high net worth individuals and business owners/high level executives who you could immediately convert to clients. You should also have a very strong network of professional or personal contacts.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in luxury real estate, private banking or hospitality. Must have experience working with high net worth individuals.
  • A strong sales ability and mentality paired with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A high degree of business acumen, sophistication and the ability to establish trust is mission critical. This position requires the person to work directly with very discerning clientele.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting & exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Critical knowledge of luxury brands. Great attention to detail and customer service.
  • Ability to master multiple technical devices and systems.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends when needed to accommodate the client’s request for an appointment.
  • Team work, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Outgoing, proactive and customer-oriented
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English.
