Job Title: Electrician

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertakes Planned Maintenance tasks;
  • Undertakes Reactive maintenance tasks;
  • Identifies materials required for tasks;
  • Undertakes PAT testing;
  • Tests new and existing installations;
  • Undertakes electrical installation works;
  • Assist in the identification of critical spares items;
  • Follows SHEQ policies and procedures;
  • Monitor contractor’s progress and standard of work;
  • Liaises with the all department and the various contractors;
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager;

Qualification and Experience

  • At least Trade Test I,II,III;
  • IOSH Safety in construction management and training in First Aid will be an added advantage;
  • 3 years’ work experience within the electrical industry, preferable maintenance.

 

Job Title: HSE Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Safety functions in line with business policies, procedures and standards.
  • Ensure conformance with safety and OHSAS 14001 & 18001:2007 standards and requirements on work site;
  • Identify system problems, investigate and recommend solutions;
  • Participate in Safety Incident Investigations and Risk assessments;
  • Conduct internal audits;
  • Facilitate root cause investigations of non-conformances and take necessary corrective and preventative actions;
  • Motivate and oversee the implementation of Safety improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and attend regular Safety meetings;
  • Arrange and/or conduct induction training;
  • Prepare and forward weekly reports to the SHEQ Superintendent.
  • Perform a monthly H&S inspection at the 8 Ikoyi sites and submit report to the SHEQ Superintendent;
  • Carry out regular site inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented;
  • Liaise with client’s HSE/security/operational staff to carry out regular HSE tests/drills, fire-fighting practice and other drills to keep the workers alert and sensitive to their environment;
  • Provide expertise and compliance support for project management;
  • Implement PTW when required and assist dept. to fill up the work box preparation;
  • Monitor daily PTW implementation and revalidation;
  • Assists in speedy and smooth response and action in case of emergencies;
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, or Science in Oil and Gas related discipline;
  • 2 years experience in HSE ideally with a multi-national organization;
  • At least 1 year HSE Training;
  • At least 2 years in an Operational HSE environment;
  • Experience in dealing with difficult situations in a diplomatic and professional manner;
  • Track record of developing and implementing HSE/Training policies and systems.

 

Job Title: Hygiene Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Order food and non-food items that comply with the contract only.
  • Assists other staff in receiving, storing, issuing, conducting inventories and delivering.
  • Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records (e.g. purchase requests and orders)
  • Documents, disposition reports, requisitions, etc.) For providing an up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders placed, goods received, and items issued.
  • Performs clerical duties (e.g. filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.) for the purpose supporting departmental functions.
  • Prepares orders by pulling from stock for meeting delivery requirements.
  • Responds to inquiries of staff and vendors for providing information and/or direction regarding the status of inventory and/or deliveries.
  • Assists other personnel as may be required for ensuring an efficient and effective work environment.
  • Ensures FIFO is adhered to.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields
  • Certifications in Food, Safety and Health and other Relevant Fields
  • Excellent Numeric and Computing Skills (pc Literate)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar position, preferable within oil and gas camp facilities.
  • Proficient with the input of data using stock control software.

 

Job Title: AC Technician

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks;
  • Undertake response maintenance of refrigeration systems;
  • Identify parts required for the servicing and repair of refrigeration systems;
  • Undertake condition reports of the existing systems;
  • Undertake Quality Assurance checks of material supplied to the company;
  • Inspect and check the work delivered by Contractors;
  • Identify critical stock items;
  • Follow the direction and instructions given to them by supervisor and or line managers;
  • Follow SHEQ policies and procedures;
  • Arrange access for suppliers and contractors to the base and its facilities;
  • Maintenance Department and the various contractors;
  • Supervise any junior team members;
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • At least Trade Test 1, 2, 3;

Job Title: CCTV Operator

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibility

  • Effectively operate the Security CCTV System
  • Thorough understanding of work equipment to enable deleting or archiving old footage as needed, organizing old footage in an orderly fashion, and switching out videotapes, compact discs, memory cards, hard drives or servers.
  • Efficiently management of storage, backups and correctly catalog all footage for easy recalling
  • Watch the video surveillance footage is it’s being recorded.
  • Unwaveringly focus and observe to ensure witnessing of unusual, suspicious or questionable and make detailed note of it.
  • Competently manage the CCTV Control room in compliance with SOPs’ and Policy.
  • To be fully conversant with the layout of the area you are monitoring. Being aware of the current threats and challenges of your areas of observation
  • Proficiently manage the system DVR settings
  • Effectively manage CCTV footage.
  • Provide video evidence for security management when required in a timely manner in strict compliance with the CCTV Security Operating Procedures. (SOPs)
  • Good observation skills, with the ability to analyse visual information, and react accordingly.
  • When an incident occurs within the key purpose of the scheme, that this is escalated in the appropriate manner as outlined within the SOPs’.
  • To be fully conversant with the principles of “Lock Down – Evacuate – Place of Safety” relating to internal protection of staff and visitors during a security related event.
  • Accurate archiving of any evidential footage for use by the company and/or local authorities for legal purposes.
  • Troubleshoot problems with the system and immediately report any faults/technical issues for timely repair/maintenance.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) from a reputable University;
  • Attendance and qualification on a basic CCTV Operators course;
  • A valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate will be required;
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a security manned guarding environment;
  • Previous experience of using CCTV and radio communication equipment in a professional establishment is mandatory.

Job Title: Mechanic

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks.
  • Undertake response maintenance of mechanical systems.
  • Identify parts required for the servicing and repair of plant, vehicles and equipment.
  • Undertake condition reports of the existing plant, vehicles and equipment.
  • Undertake Quality Assurance checks of material supplied to the company.
  • Inspect and check the work delivered by Contractors.
  • Identify critical stock items.
  • Follows the direction and instructions given to them by supervisor and or line managers.
  • Follows SHEQ policies and procedures
  • Arranges access for suppliers and contractors to the base and its facilities.
  • Liaise Maintenance Department and the various contractors.
  • Supervises any junior team members.
  • Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.

Qualification and Experience

  • Diploma / Degree in related engineering field
  • Computer literate.
  • Minimum of 3 previous experience in mechanic role (outboard engine repairs).
