Job Title: Quality Assessment Officer

Location: Oyo

Job Description

• Manipulating materials, take apart samples items to make sure they work properly.
• Supervise activities on site to make sure they are up to the required standards.

Requirements

• Ability to manage 20-30 people
• Vast experience in industrial cleaning, hotel/FMCG environment.
• Proficient in the use
• Resides or ready to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo state.

Job Title: Contract Manager

Location: Oyo

Job Description

• Floor care, height cleaning, data gathering and reporting,supervising and managing subordinates, facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Degree in Science/Engineering
• Vast experience in industrial cleaning, hotel or FMCG environment. (5-8 years)
• Administrative skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Ability to manage 80-100 people.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office.

Job Title: Senior Service Coordinator

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Facility management, height cleaning, integrated pest management, floor care, hospitality, supervisory and management of general soft service

Requirements

• Vast experience in industrial cleaning, hotel/FMCG environment (6-10 years).
• Ability to manage multiple locations.
• A team driver
• A finicky personality.
• Ability to pay attention to the slightest details.

Job Title: Laundry Site Manager

Location: Ogun

Job Description

• Supervisory, managing and Operating large industrial machines to wash, dry and press clothes and linens in a commercial laundry.
• When items arrive at the laundry they are marked using a customer’s number, mark or a barcode for easy identification and tracking.
• After items have been recorded they are sorted according to colour, fabric and cleaning treatment.
• Laundry workers then load machines, programming the wash cycle according to the item care instructions.
• Cleaned items are then dried, either using tumble driers or by hanging them in a heated room.
• Dried laundry is then folded and may also be pressed using a specialised press.
• Laundry workers may also be responsible for carrying out basic maintenance work on the machines.

Requirements

• Minimum of an ND in Textile, Science or any other related discipline
• Good observation skills and attention to detail
• Must enjoy practical work
• Normal colour vision
• A reasonable level of fitness
• A good time management skills.
• Ability to manage 20-30 people
