Job Title: Retail Sales Associate
Locations: Abuja, Lagos (Ikeja, Surulere, Jakande, Lekki), Warri – Delta, Kano, Port Harcourt City – Rivers
Main Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers
- Advising customers on range of products and services and helping make a selection
- Serving customers and responding to a wide array of questions
- Processing payments
- Daily visual merchandising and stock management
- Handling customer complaints
- Maintaining store ambience and cleanliness at all times
Job Requirements
- Outgoing personality
- Excellent customer engagement and service skills
- Quick learner especially willing to learn company’s products and services
- Interest in retail and sales driven personality
- A positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast paced environment
- Retail experience will be an advantage
- Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time
Working Conditions
- The job requires standing and or walking around the shop floor during your shift
- 8 hours per day in any 5 days of the week
- Keep up to date with products and services
- Follow company procedures and policies
- Compliant with labour standards for pensions and healthcare for confirmed staff
