Willers Solutions Limited – Our client, a leading and multinational company located in Lagos is looking to fill the role of:
Job Title: Technical Support Officer
- Working with customers/employees to identify computer problems and advising on the solution
- Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries
- Analyzing call logs so you can spot common trends and underlying problems
- Updating self-help documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment.
- Minimum of OND or its equivalent in Engineering or any Technical Related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Officer.
- Must be proficient in speaking FRENCH.
- An ability to assess each customer/employee’s IT knowledge levels
- Up-to-date Technical Skills and knowledge
- Must have Electronics Background
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Good accurate records keeping.
- Ability to deal with difficult callers
- Logical thinker
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
