Requirements

- Level Education: HND or BSC.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

- Solid team player who thrives on working in a fast paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment for overdue loans, or other payments by Acting as the liaison between creditors and customers and manages overdue accounts.
- To manage and be responsible for the recovery of overdue payments from customers.
- Persuade customers to pay amounts due using available repayment methods.
- Record customers repayment status and other useful information as required.
- Responsible for initiating calls with delinquent customers through phone calls to collect payments and settle accounts.
- Follows-up delinquent accounts, updates and maintains accurate records.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department.
