Job Title: Electrical Engineer II
Location
: Nigeria

Main Functions

  • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team’s goals, objectives, and procedures
  • Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues
  • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 tasks, a level 2 will:

  • Applies mathematical and engineering principles and methods to electrical system designs.
  • Contributes to research efforts to develop a solution or a new product.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of closely related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
  • Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
  • Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications.

 

 


Job Title: 
Installation Engineer I
Location

Job Type: Contracts
Job Nature: Standard – 6 days on / 1 days off – 6 days on / 1 days off

Main Functions

  • Provide technical support to offshore installation planning and execution activities. Serve as primary interface for Installation coordinator with to contractor’s technical organization.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop/evaluate T & I execution approach & equipment
  • Participate in constructability reviews and contractor selection process
  • Ensure Installation GPs and specs included in ITTs
  • Provide technical input to tender evaluation
  • Primary technical interface with Installation Contractor
  • Review and approve Contractor installation plans & procedures with input from Execution Group, Engineering & Marine Warranty Surveyor (MWS)
  • Coordinate interface with Engineering Functions
  • Participate in Risk Assessments and pre-mobilization reviews
  • Evaluate nominated subcontractors as required
  • Provide Technical support as needed to execution team
  • Serve as technical support to Installation Coordinator for Lessons Learned capture, Close Out reporting, etc.

Job Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience in offshore installation support of oil and gas industry
  • BS in Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related degree
  • Willing to business travel (domestic/overseas) to project sites to provide functional support
  • Previous construction site experience
  • Management experience on major capital project
  • Knowledge in design and industry analysis software.
  • Knowledge in subsea engineering and equipment.

 

 

Job Title: Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist II

Main Functions

  • The Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist is accountable for the engineering activity covering planning, program generation and execution of completion operations within the wells team. Owns the Systems Completion Process.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • In addition to all Level 1 tasks and responsibilities, Level 2:
  • Provide a single point of contact for Operations and EPC Contractor to ensure alignment and integration of Systems Completion activities
  • Supports definition of the integrated Systems Completion team (Project Team, Operations, EPC Contractor) staffing requirements
  • Advises the Construction Manager of system priorities to ensure that all construction activities meet the System Completion Schedules for both onshore and offshore
  • Leads and provides assistance/guidance to EPC Contractor to develop/update the Systems Completion documents during detailed design (systems/sub-systems development, TCP, check sheets, preservation plan) as required
  • Monitor and guide EPC Contractor’s Systems Completion organization, including:
  • Contractor’s Systems Completion planning and execution procedures, processes and deliverables
  • Start-up and Operating manuals, initial fills and spares
  • FAT and SIT plans and schedules

Job Title: Maintenance Second Line Supervisor III – EXPAT

Main Functions

  • Demonstrate the ability to provide maintenance leadership of company and external resources through all stages of asset maintenance, inclusive of minor capital project support, new facility construction, and maintenance support throughout full facility operational life, with a focus on developing the capability of the maintenance organization and staff supporting asset maintenance.
  • Manages Maintenance First Line Supervisors to efficiently deliver safe, reliable and profitable operations.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

  • Provide management with reported statistical information on the total cost of ownership and effectiveness of the maintenance strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with all mandatory legal requirements and company specific requirements including standard plant and equipment inspection requirements.
  • Ensure maintenance departmental reporting compliance in accordance with company and other mandatory operating standards and requirements.
  • Ensure that agreed department resource development plans are achieved against personnel performance agreements (KPA/ KPI’s) in conjunction with company training and human resources departments.
  • Provide collaborative support to facilities development projects & engineering group and act as focal point regarding operating/ technical requirements.
  • Ensure adequate interfacing within department and functional support groups as outlined in operations reference and action plans.

Job Requirements

Job Title: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler II

Main Functions

  • To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities.
  • Should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), work selection criteria, work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packs, etc.
  • Skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates SAFETY is the top priority
  • Participates in planning with Core/Work Teams
  • Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required
  • Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for Routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
  • Able to plan complex job and develop resource plan with Scheduler, Execution lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Able to identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events.
  • Able to apply advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools, as applicable to the position. Able to educate field execution personnel on look-ahead schedules, and help ensure timely work progression.
  • Able to provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and steward to that plan.
  • Able to resolve scheduling issues, including: Negative Float, Out-of-sequence updates, resource overloads, scope change, progress validation, etc.
  • Able to develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline.
  • Able to provide input into material of construction selection and management.
  • Able to plan, estimate, track and schedule Field Order Changes (FCO’s).
  • Able to apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones.
  • Able to adequately assess work contingencies with schedule impact, lead coordination activity between teams should contingencies arise.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of closely related professional experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within an applicable discipline, appropriate certification(s) within discipline, or equivalent professional experience

  • The Systems Completion Engineer / Specialist is accountable for the engineering activity covering planning, program generation and execution of completion operations within the wells team. Owns the Systems Completion Process.

Tasks and Responsibilities
In addition to all Level 1 and 2 tasks and responsibilities, Level 3:

  • Provide overall Systems Completion leadership and expertise, including all matters related to commissioning and turnover/systems acceptance. Also, provides engineering definition and planning to support mechanical completion.
  • Collaborates with Operations/EPC Contractor to ensure a safe and effective execution of Systems Completion activities and to ensure all Systems Completion contract requirements are met
  • Manages Systems Completion interfaces between PMT and EPC Contractor to facilitate successful commissioning and hand-over
  • Provides assistance to EPC Contractor for utilization of a computerized Completion Management System for tracking, certification and quality purposes
  • Applies Systems Completion lessons learned from previous projects
  • Collaborates with and supports the start-up team to achieve a successful turnover, start-up and acceptance by Operations
  • Assist PMT in meeting Clients expectations as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
