Requirements
- First Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering or related field
- M.Sc. in a related subject will be an advantage.
- 6 – 10 years’ experience in radio planning and optimization with a mobile telecomm operator or consulting
- Experience with Nokia, Huawei equipment will be desirable
- Telecom Project Management experience
Job Title: Senior Level, NPO Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Monitor network performance and configuration to ensure conformance with KPIs.
- Support junior level NPO Engineer with high level network problem solving, and technical solutions
- Support with technology research and network value added coverage and capacity solutions
- Inter department collaboration / interface particularly with Operations.
- Understanding the telecommunication industry (local and international) trends and developments in order to assess the impact on the client business
- Regularly monitor, track and report network data inconsistencies/discrepancies
- Ensure Periodic reporting of competitive network performance benchmarking from drive test
- Evaluate the functionality and relevance of new RAN and OSS software releases.
- Technical Investigations into radio network design and performance related issues
- Maintain a detail Knowledge of the network at all times.
- Maintain an awareness of the latest technological and industry developments that may affect the cellular business

Job Title: Expert Level, NPO Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- 2nd level Supervision of Drive Test teams.
- Responsible for in-depth drive test log analysis and high level solution recommendation.
- Responsible for High level in-depth performance analysis.
- Responsible for network performance improvement.
- Responsible for frequency/PSC /PCI planning & tuning and UTRAN /eUTRAN optimization.
- Responsible for GSM/UMTS/LTE network troubleshooting/analysis and problem resolution.
- Responsible for customer support for network bottleneck resolution, radio KPI related queries and timely delivery of Optimization services.
- Responsible for Traffic Strategy for all network 2G/3G/4G
- Responsible for Multi-Carrier and Carrier Aggregation Optimization and Strategy
- Responsible for RF Design and Tuning for 2G/3G/4G
- Experience with Nokia, Huawei equipment will be desirable.
Requirements

Job Title: Junior Level, NPO Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Coordinate optimization activities in line with the client strategy in order to achieve target KPI’s without compromising Network integrity and customer experience.
- Monitor Network Capacity to ensure it can accommodates anticipated subscriber level 3 months ahead, at any time.
- Monitor Network Coverage and Oversee enhancement with TMA, MHA and indoor repeaters.
- Monitor new Technology integration to ensure multiservice sites (2G, 3G, 4G etc.) are properly designed and integrated with minimal complexity and good Inter Radio Access Technology performance.
- Ensure LAC, RAC, SAN planning & optimization.
- Track and monitor all sites in the cluster including: Nominal plan, Site acquisition status, configuration and Traffic levels, Quality KPI’s.
- Monitor the execution of nominal radio coverage and capacity rollout
- Monitor and analyze network performance and configuration to ensure KPIs are in within SLA targets
- Coordinate testing of newly integrated sites for performance and necessary network adjustments for optimal network performance post integration.
- Analyze drive test logs to ensure coverage is not compromised for improved KPI’s.
- Review changes implemented to ensure network integrity is not compromised
- Coordinate customer complains resolution
Requirements
- First Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Telecommunication Engineering or related field
- 3 – 5 years of RNO experience with a Telecom company or consulting firm
- Radio planning and optimization experience on 2G, 3G, and 4G networks.
- Experience with Nokia, Huawei equipment will be desirable
