Job Title: Business Development Manager

Locations: Benin-Edo, Owerri-Imo, Port Harcourt-Rivers, Abuja, Kano

Job Description

  • Marketing and sale of the company’s products and services.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.

Requirement

  • Must have at least 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing and Business Development.

 

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Provide clerical and administrative support.
  • Recruiting and staffing logistics.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Monitor HR department’s budget.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Create and run referral bonus programs.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS.
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements

  • 2/3 years experience in Human resources.

  • Prospecting, identifying, and generating businesses from potential and existing clients.
  • Discipline staff when the need arises in accordance with the company’s policy.
  • Supervise and carry out administrative duties daily.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Attend to any governmental agencies that comes to the branch and report to the upper management.
  • Implement an effective network for consistent sales growth and better market penetration.
  • Prepare sales, revenue/expenses reports, and realistic forecast to the management team.
  • Must maintain strong working relationship with clients and colleagues.
