Job Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist
Location:
 Abuja

Job Purpose

  • As Marketing and Communications Strategist, you will oversee the branding and marketing of Crowd Force’s products & services by developing and implementing strategic marketing activities, establishing tactical plans for promoting the business brand, building and implementing advanced business development functions designed to achieve revenue targets.
  • You will work with the Product Managers to prepare and submit proposals or brochures to prospective clients.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative ways to communicate the organization’s products and services to potential and existingCrowd customers.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Update platforms with content that builds meaningful connections and encourages our target market members to identify with us or reach out.
  • Act as a liaison across all social media platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
  • Oversee the execution of the social media strategies and digital initiatives.
  • Frequently monitor and analyse social media trends.
  • Implement internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the design process of Crowd Force publicity material.
  • Participate in marketing events such as exhibitions, conferences etc.
  • Identify new opportunities and threats within the customer environment and channels it through to the appropriate quarters.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
  • Support Management in planning, developing and implementing PR strategies.
  • Work with Product Managers in preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or Humanities.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a market facing role.
  • Seasoned knowledge of the IT industry.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Outlook and Office suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Job Title: Product Manager, Data and Analytics
Location:
 Abuja

Job Purpose

  • You will lead a team of professionals to Manage CrowdForce’s Data and Analytics Platform as a product with the aim of increasing profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the FMCG, Government and Humanitarian Industries.
  • You will be the key person for developing business development strategies focused on brand and financial growth and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and/or partners.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Know customer needs through research and market data.

  • Developing business growth strategies and plans.

  • Serve as the liaison between the company and the customer and ensure dispatch of all correspondence to the customer and the follow-up of all correspondences and initiatives.
  • Maintain contact with the customer and stakeholders throughout to ensure satisfaction and determine their needs.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Business Development, Economics, Finance, Marketing or equivalent role.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ Previous experience as a product manager or business developer in the FMCG industry.
  • Should have experience in carrying out market research, data collection and surveys.
  • Must be a data enthusiast.
  • Experience in identity management is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Government and Humanitarian industries is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Outlook and Office suite of products (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

Job Title: Dashboard and Analytics Lead
Location:
 Abuja

Job Purpose

  • As Dashboard & Analytics Lead you will focus on data analysis, data conversion to understandable reports, the design and development of data dashboards and data visualization, with an emphasis on the clients’ needs.
  • You will also ensure data is presented in a way easy to understand and you will be working closely with Product Managers to ensure you satisfy the needs or requirements of the clients.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Supports the design of dashboard mock-ups, and experiment with multiple dashboard designs.
  • Supports the setup of routines for monthly maintenance of consolidated dashboards.
  • Manages, guides and supervises the activities and outputs of colleagues and interns in the area of data designs, as required.
  • Reviews data and provides general advice as needed
  • Other data analytics/visualization tasks as required
  • Analyses and prepares report of collated data. For clients
  • Set up and maintains automated data processes
  • Monitors and audits data quality for and before dissemination
  • Manipulates, analyses and interprets complex data sets relating to the employer’s business

Requirements

  • A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or any other relevant field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ previous experience in similar role.
  • Knowledge of standardized method on how to solve business and user’s problem. Ability to understand the needs of stakeholders/clients/customers.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and other relational databases like MS Access.
  • Knowledge of data dashboard design and development using Power BI, Tableau and Excel Power view or other dashboard development /visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of other reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
  • The capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows.
  • An understanding of data protection issues.
  • Experience of statistical methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • The ability to produce clear graphical representations reports and data visualisations.

  • You will be the key person for developing business development strategies focused on brand and financial growth and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and/or partners.

  • Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
  • Facilitate the company’s strategic direction, development and future growth.
  • Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership to department heads in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission and values.
  • Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
  • Acts as a good steward of Company’s resources and ensures proper controls of IT.
  • Identifies and explores new areas or platforms for team capacity strengthening; carry out training to team members.
  • Develops training schedules and support manuals and ensures weekly presentations in existing products and areas of research/discoveries.
  • Performs products usage monitoring and analysis.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics or any closely related field is required
  • A professional certification is an added advantage
  • Must be proficient in C Sharp.Net, Java Script, Blockchain and Python.
  • Must have experience leaving a software engineering team.
  • Good knowledge of relational and structural databases and how to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
  • Understands design principles behind a scalable application
  • Sound knowledge of version control tools such as git
  • Strong knowledge of web server exploits and their solutions
  • Passion for best design and coding practices, and a desire to develop new interesting ideas
  • Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern web development technology
