Job Title: Sales Team Member
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Summary
- We are recruiting a Sales Team to meet targets, establish professional relationships and increase the overall reach of the company.
- The Sales Team will consist of members in three levels:
- Consultants,
- Supervisors,
- Trainers.
Job Descriptions
- The Sales Consultants will be charged with promoting products and services to customers and negotiating contracts with the aim of maximizing profits while creating and maintaining relationships with clients.
- The Sales Supervisors will be in charge of managing sales teams, compiling reports and implementing strategies to increase sales of products and services.
- Sales Trainers will be in charge of maximizing the effectiveness of sales executives by determining and solving training needs.
- All members of the Sales Team will be expected to work together to meet sales targets, maximize sales opportunities, create opportunities for growth, and adopt & adapt sales techniques or methods according to the trends in the industry.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Mid to high level IT skills
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Mid to high level numerical skills
- Relevant sales experience
- Experience in the power industry is an advantage
- Track record meeting or surpassing sales targets
