Job Title: Finance Manager 
Location:
 Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • To drive company’s efficiency as a Finance Manager by ensuring the management team understands the dynamics of its profitability and to work in partnership with Finance Team to deliver upper quartile service in terms of both cost and performance to the operational communities within company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing Financial leadership in all business decision making
  • Acting as the stewardship leader of the organization’s assets
  • Financial analysis understanding and guidance for projects and decisions
  • Financial reports preparation
  • Leading the organization’s business planning efforts
  • Relationship Management between the company and Banks/Lenders
  • Tax management/Planning and remittance

Job Requirements
In this position, you need to have:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Summary

  • The Sales & Marketing Manager will be in charge of business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track for achieving KPI’s.

Job Summary

  • The IT/Digital Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing both the IT policy and overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the Company
  • Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Job Summary

  • The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs are realized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all administrative sales activities on a day to day basis in collaboration with the Sales managers/supervisors
  • Enables the sales team as well as other functional teams to perform their duties with Passion, Integrity and the highest levels of Professionalism
  • Plans develop and implement the strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, counseling, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, employment contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issue resolution
