Job Title: Accountant
Location: Lagos/PortHarcourt
Reports to: Director of Finance
Job Summary
- The Accountant will be responsible for accounting, full cycle bookkeeping, managing all aspects of accounts receivables (A/R), accounts payables (A/P) and billing.
- The Accountant will also be responsible for reconciling monthly statements, General Ledger maintenance and monthly financial reports for management.
Person Specifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in finance & accounting (experience with Sage X3 is desirable)
- Not more than 30 years old
- Prior work experience showing increasing levels of responsibility with a focus on operations in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to manage self
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Flexible and passionate
- Able to travel frequently between Port Harcourt and Lagos
Key Skills and Competencies:
- 2-3 years’ experience in book-keeping with an academic background in either finance, accounting, or business management
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office applications(including Office 365)
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Ability to manage, organize and prioritize, leading effectively through the dynamics of change in a start-up environment
- Professional conduct and presentation
- Excellent tracking and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and numeracy skills

Job Title: Cashier (Front Desk)
Location: Lagos/PortHarcourt, Rivers
Reports to: Accountant/ Finance Manager
Job Summary
- The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and displays a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
- Scanning merchandise/products and accepting various forms of payments (e.g., cash, cheque, credit card, etc.)
- Accurate and rapid processing of customer purchases (and bulk orders) in a courteous and friendly manner
- Collecting payments and bagging purchases for customers
- Keeping reports of transactions
- Reconciling daily transactions with Accountant/Finance Manager
Minimum Education
- A University Degree in Related Field. Relevant Certification is an added advantage.

- Basic math and computer skills required

Reports to: The General Manager, Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing strategic sales target
- Achieving sales growth and company sales objectives
- Driving sales and managing/expanding customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Driving and managing the sales team
- Identifying opportunities for market expansion
- Identifying gaps and customer needs related to product
Person Specification
- Prior work experience showing successful trend of meeting sales objectives
- Experience in sales and relationship management
- Experience in MEP products, especially electrical.
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and people management skills
- Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work in a dynamic environment with increasing levels of responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to manage and drive team members to achieve set sales target/objectives
- Flexible and passionate
- Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Job Summary
- Generating sales leads.

- Driving sales and ensuring a smooth sales process
- Identifying gaps and customer needs related to product
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers
- Cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts
- Achieving set sales target and company sales objectives
- Finding new sales leads especially in B2B (Business to Business) sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

- Prior work experience in MEP products, especially electrical
- Experience in sales and relationship management or customer care
- Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills and people management skills
