Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Permanent

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to employ Marketing Executives to market the services of the organisation to potential clients. Applicants must be energetic, enthusiastic, smart; and very ready to learn and work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities;
  • Develop and deliver pitches for potential clients;
  • Develop proposals for our existing and new clients;
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary;
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities;
  • Set up, attend meetings and make presentations to prospective clients on company’s services.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree / HND in relevant field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Marketing Role

Job Title: Corporate Communications Officer

Location: Abuja
Job Type: Permanent

Job Summary

  • The Corporate Communications’ Officer will be responsible for internal/external communications, managing LVP’s corporate reputation and brand, organising product launches, supporting the development of the communication strategy, developing corporate social responsibility initiatives, facilitating positive donor perception and crises management.
  • The role will also be responsible for promoting our services through engaging activities and events; initiating communications geared towards stimulating growth, value and overall profitability of the company.

Responsibilities
Strategy:

  • This role is accountable for leading the strategic development of communication plans and elevating the organisation’s corporate profile.
  • Responsible for developing a consistent internal and external corporate brand messaging strategy that is reflected across all LVP programs.

Content Development:

  • Create content which is super focused on making LVP a leader in each segment of its business portfolio;
  • Generate regular content that highlights the achievements of the company;
  • Design, proofread and revise communications to be published through all the company’s communication channels;
  • Creating and supporting the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films, and multimedia programs.
  • Web and Social Media Management:
  • Maintaining and updating information on the organisation’s website, scheduling and publishing contents on the social media platforms;
  • Drive growth of social media followership and engagement.
  • Public Relations and Community Building:
  • Build strong relationships with press locally and internationally to ensure LVP continuously gets positive media coverage;
  • Write press releases for announcements and ensure distribution among appropriate media contacts;
  • Carry out community building and advocacy efforts both online and offline;
  • Responsible for aggressively growing usage and engagement of LVP online forum.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of a first degree in Mass Communications or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ cognate experience
  • Registration with a relevant professional association will be an added advantage

Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

  • The Digital Marketing Officer would be responsible for unifying various digital marketing activities across all touch points, with the aim of complementing and reinforcing the impact of each marketing method, while simultaneously enhancing the customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand Manager in implementing overall digital marketing plan – to increase engagement and products sales;
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools;
  • Create graphic designs that meet specific commercial or promotional needs;
  • Design custom posts and ads that build brand awareness and drive business leads;
  • Writing informative and effective search engine optimized posts on company blog;
  • Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry development;
  • Create advertising newsletters, banners and screens;
  • Organize and participate in targeted exhibitions/events and follow-up on the contacts from the exhibitions/events;
  • Ensure website content is optimized for search engines;
  • Launch and manage campaigns to reach prospective users online;
  • Review website performance with data tools and look for enhancement opportunities;
  • Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
  • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging;
  • Draft weekly e-newsletters to subscribers;
  • Manage social media marketing as well as create visually appealing posts that drive social media engagements on all social media platforms;
  • Identify leaders and influencers (internal/external) and engage them in brand activities
  • Assist with website copywriting, proofing, and updating as needed

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Graduate with a B.Sc. or HND from any Tertiary institution
  • At least one (1) year working experience in SEO or Digital Marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook advertising, SEO tools, keyword research, link analysis, data analytics and content development
  • Good background in graphic design with sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite experience (e.g. Photoshop) and Corel Draw
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Proficient with the use of MS Suites
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Understands and can utilize emerging platforms, digital media, and web/social media management and measurement tools (e.g. HootSuite, Google Analytics and Facebook Insights) and email marketing applications (e.g. Constant Contact)
