Job Title: Team Lead, Deposit Mobilization
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ideal candidate must be self motivated, mentally agile, innovative, accurate & detailed oriented with great communication skills.
- Candidate must have solid grasp of analytics, inbound marketing and Microfinance Experience.
Minimum Requirements
- B.Sc or HND Accounting.
- 5 years working in Similar Environment.
- Professional qualifications is an added advantage.
Key Tasks
- Coordinate products promotional activities & events and ensure adherence to Bank and product guidelines .
- Work continuously on the savings/deposits and loan products to adapt them to potentially increasing competition, or customer demands, making sure that those products meet the Banks business strategy & profitability requirements .
- Monitor competing products and Services in the market and advise Bank stakeholders for necessary action.
- Plan, develop & implement the Sales & Marketing strategies in line with the business objectives to achieve business & market share growth.
- Undertake periodic analysis of business performance & table the Sales & Marketing status reports for Management.
- Ensure products & services adequately meet the target market needs and the Sales & Marketing Team is adequately trained to achieve its target & deliver quality.
- Drive vigorously the deposit mobilization activities & initiatives of the bank.
- Assess the market size n perform market segmentation to identify and project sizable market opportunities of the business.
