Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Ensuring that the facility is operating effectively by dealing with emergency cases, formulating plans and creating adequate plans of replacement and repairs.
- Creating a good image for the organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in similar/ related role.
- HND/B.Sc in Estate Management or Building Engineering.
- Not more than 28years
Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
- Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
- Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
- Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc.
- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks
- Record meeting minutes and dictations
- Perform inventory of office supplies and order what is needed.
Requirements
- ND in Building or Estate Management.
- 2 years experience in customer service and estate management.
- Not older than 26 years of age.
