Job Description
- A reputable shipping/custom clearing company is in search of a competent staff with vast knowledge in shipping and custom clearing services.
Roles
- As a customer relation officer, your most important role is leading and motivating the team to ensure they give the best customer service possible to clients
- Handling complaints, queries from customers and staff
- Investigating and solving customers’ problem, which may be complex or long standing problems
- Making sure customers needs are met
- Ensuring client’s goods are delivered on time and follow up on jobs
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc qualification
- A minimum of five (5) years experience (preferably a female)
