Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Description
- Our client is seeking to recruit urgently young, smart and optimistic individuals in all its target outlets as Marketing Executives. The job holder is responsible for selling the Company Products/Policies to clients through cold marketing
- He/She will further join hands in brand awareness creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Executives will be stationed across all target outlets to generate sales and at the same time create CAPEX brand awareness.
- Educate all contacts who they meet at the outlets.
- Stand in as models/ promoters in all the outlets to better project CAPEX products and brand.
- Report incidence at sites to the office for necessary action.
- Ensure at least 75% of every contact buy Capex Products brand daily.
- Support in all our market storm activity
- Monitor sales thereby increasing volumes.
Job Requirements
- Must have a B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or a related field.
- Must have NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
- 0-1 year cognate work experience, working as a sales executive in a financial sector related industry.
- Age: Must be in his/her late 20s
Competency and Skills:
- Must be friendly, warm and outgoing in nature
- Highly ambitious, independent and never has a dull moment
- Self assured, focused and intelligent

Remuneration
- Basic Salary: NGN40,000.00/month

Location: Lagos
Job Description

- The job holder is responsible for supervising Ten (10) Marketing Executives as well as sell the Company Products/Policies to clients through cold marketing
- He/She will further join hands in brand awareness creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee/Supervise Ten (10) marketing executives stationed across all target outlets to generate sales and at the same time create CAPEX brand awareness.
- Educate all contacts who they meet at the outlets.
- Ensure at least 75% of every contact buy Capex Products brand daily.
- Support in all our market storm activity
- Monitor sales thereby increasing volumes.
- Stand in as models/ promoters in all the outlets to better project CAPEX products and brand.

Job Requirements

- Commission of NGN 300,000.00 upon meeting 75% upwards of the Target Sales(to be paid quarterly)

Job Title: High Network Sales Representative
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The job holder is responsible for selling the Company Products/Policies to high net worth individuals/companies.
- He/She will further join hands in brand awareness creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high net worth sales and at the same time create CAPEX brand awareness.
- Educate all contacts/clients on company products/policies.
- Ensure at least 75% of every contact buy CAPEX Products brand daily.
- Support in all our market storm activity
- Monitor sales thereby increasing volumes.
Job Requirements
- Must have B.Sc/HND in Business Administration or a related field, a Master degree (an added advantage)
- Great flair for marketing.
- At least 7 years experience in sales and marketing roles preferably in a financial sector.
- Age: Must not be more than 40years.

- Must be friendly, warm and outgoing in nature
- Highly ambitious, independent and never has a dull moment
- Self assured, focused and intelligent
