We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: School Senior Clerical Officer
Location:
 Lagos

Job Descriptions

  • General clerical work e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception desk duties, etc. under the supervision of a designated manager;
  • Communicating and dealing with the public/customers e.g. responding to queries and providing information face-to-face, by telephone or via email;
  • Using Information Technology on a daily basis e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, email and internet;
  • Maintaining high-quality records in a thorough and organised manner;
  • Any other duties deemed appropriate

Qualifications

  • Minimum: WAEC/WASSCE/GCE with 5 credits including English Language and six (6) years working experience
  • Additional Working Experience will be an additional advantage

General Skills Required:

  • C.T Skills – MS Word, excel, Powerpoint
  • Internet proficiency, active with using modern tools e.g, social media

Job Title: School Account Officer/Bursar
Location:
 Lagos

Job Description

  • Oversee day-to-day cash management
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Keep organized books of tuition fees and files of receipts
  • Prepare expense reports on a regular basis
  • Manage annual budget
  • Conduct cost and productivity analyses
  • Review employment contracts and terms of services
  • Design and update financial procedures
  • Report to the school generaly on performance and investment/funding opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum: University Degree (Honours) in Accounting/Accounting Education (e.g B.A. Ed, B.Sc.Ed. etc) with one (1) year post qualification experience OR
  • HND (Credit Minimum) in Accounting plus one (1) year post qualification experience
  • Additional qualification will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Vice Principal
Location: Lekki Phase II, Lagos

Job Description

  • Directing assemblies and other special gatherings of students for events throughout the year.
  • Developing emergency response plans for schools as required by state and federal education agencies. Filing reports and updating as required
  • Record keeping as required through the use of various logs, tracking records, computer programs, inter or intranet software or other program.
  • Work closely with the principal on a daily basis to ensure the smooth overall operation of the school.
  • Support committees of staff and parent that function to improve the learning and social environment of the school for the students.
  • Teaching classes, developing rapport with the students, handling discipline issues and filling in for the principal when required.
  • Resolving conflicts between students, teachers, parents or combinations of conflicts between various individuals.
  • Assisting in regular teacher evaluations, assisting in providing guidance to staff and students, and encouraging a positive climate in the school

Qualifications

  • Minimum: A good honours Degree in Education (e.g B.A. Ed, B.Sc.Ed. etc) with minimum of Second Class Upper Division and 10 years post qualification experience.
  • Additional qualification or IGCSE and IB Curriculum background will be an advantage
