Job Title: Water Treatment Plant Operator
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Operate the water treatment plant and sewage treatment plant according to operational instructions.
- Assist plumbers with the supply of water to vessels as required.
- Assist plumbers when a second person is required.
- Carry out tasks where directed of a manual nature.
- Identify parts required for servicing and repair.
- Follow the direction and instructions given by supervisor and or line manager.
- Follow SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Carry out tasks diligently.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Job Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- Trade Test 1,2,3/OND in Thermo-technology with 5 years’ experience in AC maintenance and repairs;
- A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3 years’ experience in AC maintenance and repairs.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- 5 years’ work experience carpentry industry.
Proposed Salary
N40,000 per month
Job Title: Carpenter
Location: Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Read drawings and sketches to fully grasp requirements.
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed.
- Cut, shape and smooth wood and other materials (e.g. fiberglass) according to measurements.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
- Lay out flooring, roofs or drywalls, ensuring they are leveled and compatible.
- Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated.
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance.
- Build scaffolding and other construction structures.
- Undertakes Planned Maintenance tasks.
- Undertakes Reactive maintenance tasks.
- Identifies materials required for tasks.
- Assist in the identification of critical spares items.
- Follows SHEQ policies and procedures.
- Monitor contractor’s progress and standard of work.
- Liaises with the all department and the various contractors.
- Track the progress of works and the MDQ.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
Education and Qualification:
- SSCE, Trade Test I,II,III
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials.
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
- Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools (powered saws, hammers, rulers etc.)
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- 5 years work experience carpentry industry.
Salary
- Proposed salary: N40,000/month.
Job Title: AC Technician
Location: Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks;
- Undertake response maintenance of refrigeration systems;
- Identify parts required for the servicing and repair of refrigeration systems;
- Undertake condition reports of the existing systems.
- Undertake Quality Assurance checks of material supplied to the company;
- Inspect and check the work delivered by Contractors.
- Identify critical stock items.
- Follows the direction and instructions given to them by supervisor and or line managers.
- Arranges access for suppliers and contractors to the base and its facilities.
- Maintenance Department and the various contractors.
- Supervises any junior team members.
- Any other responsibility that may be assigned by your line manager.
Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
