Job Title: Accountant

Location: Abuja

Job Description

  • Prepare statutory and periodic (monthly, quarterly and yearly) financial reports and information including financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss statement), management account, annual accounts, cash flow statement, and note to the account for the Holdings Company and its subsidiaries
  • Record and prepare intercompany-financial transactions in terms of borrowing of funds from one company to offset expenditures of the other company(s) taking note of the debts each company is owing the other and effecting the repayment to know their balances as at when due.
  • Prepare and submit monthly bank reconciliation for Holding company and each of its subsidiaries.
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile financial transactions on Sage 50 software
  • Update books of account, financial records on inflow and outflow statements as well as Supervise daily accounting activities and journal entries in the ledger.
  • Responsible for tax management for all the companies including filing.
  • Engage with both internal and external auditors to Prepare and finalize the audited accounts for all the companies and all other related activities.
  • Fortnight endorsement of cash book prepared by Accountant III
  • Participate actively in contract bidding and financial Exercise
  • Carry out other responsibilities as given by the management.

Qualification

  • B.Sc/HND holders in relevant field with cognate experience and professional qualification will be an added advantage.
Job Title: Administrative Services II

Location: Abuja

Job Descriptions

  • See to safe keeping of staff files and storage.
  • Prepares correspondence and other letters.
  • Attend and process staff request.
  • Analyzes and evaluates requests from department personnel
  • Represents the company in all bidding opening as it may be assigned by higher authority.
  • Preparation of employment letter.
  • Preparation of bid documents
  • Preparation of query letters, agreements and reports
  • Involves in the banking functions – assignments.
  • To check through newspaper for job adverts
  • To participate in the preparation of minute of meetings
  • To participate in the interview process for all recruitment into the organization
  • Any other assignments as it may be assigned by the senior management staff & ceo.

Qualification

  • B.Sc/HND holders in relevant field with cognate experience and professional qualification will an added advantage.

Job Title: Secretary

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support so that paperwork and records/files are accurate, complete and accessible to other core business functions
  • To ensure visitors to the ceo are properly received.
  • To relate properly with the accounts section regarding items meant for the department.
  • Ensuring that all corresponding paperwork for meetings is completed prior to client meetings.
  • Ensure that diaries and appointment books are always up to date and checked regularly
  • Organising and department meetings, promoting inter-departmental communication
  • Preparing letters, documents, spread sheets and presentations
  • Maintaining diaries, setting up appointments and meetings as required, attending secretarial and other meetings as required.
  • Receiving telephone calls to the office, dealing politely with callers, responding to enquiries as appropriate and taking accurate and complete messages.
  • Dealing with the post, filing, photocopying, scanning, document collation and other general admin duties.
  • Ensuring departmental records are maintained and up to date and developing and maintaining filing systems, as well as data management
  • Provide support to executive management, other departments and staff as required.
  • Any other assignment given by the management staff.

  • B.Sc/HND holders in relevant field with cognate experience and professional qualification will an added advantage.
