Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Write creative briefs, manage internal/external partners, productions, timelines, outcome of deliverables and keep all channel leads on customers
  • Develop new, innovative methods for selling new/core farm produce
  • Research and evaluate new and innovative marketing/sales tactics and partnerships to continuously evolve marketing/sales plans
  • Stay abreast of competition, new launches and market performance
  • Carryout sales and distribution activities of farm produce to customers
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is met
  • Analyze market research, industry trends, and the competitive market place.
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly targets on all company’s products are met.

Years of experience

  • 3- 5 years’ experience selling Agricultural farms produce

 

Job Title: Sales Consultant- Real Estate

Location: Lagos

Job brief

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entire Sales team and present weekly report of team members to Management.
  • Come up with weekly marketing budget for the Sales team.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements & Experience

  • BS/MS degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a Real Estate company
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
