Adexen Recruitment Agency has been mandated by one of its clients in the construction industry to recruit a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Abuja, Nigeria

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales team and develop sales strategies in line with the company’s existing protocols and product line with a comprehensive knowledge of the target market.
  • Promote the company’s brand values in line with its products and services in a bid to grow the client base and increase profits.
  • Supervise the drafting and implementation of the company’s sales plan.
  • Monitor the sales team to ensure the company’s sales target are met.
  • Plan and support negotiation with clients.
  • Plan and implement the company’s sales exhibition and product launch.
  • Proactively look out for changes in product purchase trends and competitor’s activities within the industry.
  • Develop Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Draft and present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering and other relevant discipline. MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 7 years of selling similar products and services including B2B sales management experience.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical advantages of a product or solution to a non-technical decision maker.
  • Excellent English verbal and written language skills.
  • Ability to use digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office packages such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Mobility to travel across Nigeria.
