Job Title: Administrative Supervisor
Ikeja, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Descriptions

  • Oversees and administer the day to day activities of the Administrative Unit
  • Develop policies, procedures and systems which ensure productive and efficient office operation
  • Provides assistance and support to the office in Problem solving, project planning and management and development and execution of stated goals and objectives.


  • Excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Systems and process oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience and/or ability to manage utilities partners
  • Minimum of 4 years’ cognate experience
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or related discipline with a minimum of Second class Lower division.
  • Master’s in related field.
  • General Computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, Corel Draw and applicable Peachtree Software).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years working experience in a facility management company or related industry
  • Excellent people management and leadership abilities
