Job Description
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Job Title: Team Co-ordinator
Responsibility and Duties

- Offer routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities.
- Ensure performance of team members as per program standards.
- Team Coordinators spur the people on their team to do their best and keep going.
- Review and approve time sheets and escalate outliers.
- Offer input of individual and group training needs.
- Train team members on programs and address their program questions.
- Lead and support staff and coordinate team product trial.
- Ensure goal directed orientation plan for new team members.
- Team Coordinators often report to Team Leaders and perform duties assigned by them.
Skills
- Coordinating efforts of staff to yield maximum productivity
- Managing time effectively so that deadlines get met
- Communicating clearly in order for everyone to know exactly what they should be doing
- Providing feedback promptly
- Encouraging morale and each employee’s importance to overall goals.
