Description

  • The Business Manager directs and supervises activities of all functions on site to achieve the company’s goals and objectives relating to sales, profitability, productivity, and customer relations.
  • Business Managers might also develop and implement budgets, prepare reports for senior management and ensure the business unit complies with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be resident in Kano
  • First degree in Business Administration or any related field and an MBA
  • At least 5 years mid-senior level management experience that reflects ability to manage teams effectively
  • Sound people management skills
  • Community relations skill
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Very good business sense
  • Excellent organization, communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic financial management skills
