Job Title: Manufacturing Technology Engineer
Location: Lagos
Job Type: Fulltime
Responsibilities
- Plan and direct all manufacturing engineering, maintenance activities, and personnel in the Madison plant
- Ensure manufacturing engineering department strategies and priorities align, and support, the overall business unit strategy
- Direct the manufacturing equipment strategy and continuous improvement plans
- Implement cost control programs
- Analyze production and quality control to detect and correct problems
- Determine and implement improvements to the production process
- Prepare and maintain production reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering, or other closely related discipline
- 3 years experience leading a manufacturing engineering and maintenance organization in a manufacturing environment
- Possess strong industry and technical knowledge
- Reduce downtime of production and support equipment.
