Job Title: Online Marketer

Location: Lagos
Reporting to: General Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for full time Online Marketers whose job description will include among others sell online advertising space and opportunities to businesses, organizations and individual clients.

Personal-Team-Organization:

  • Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
  • Support the goals set in the marketing plan
  • Work close with the sales team
  • Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies
  • Improve search-engine rankings
  • Share qualitative content on different social media channels
  • Monitor and improve (if needed) company’s online reputation
  • Create, send and answer emails.

Requirements
Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum of OND qualification

Competencies – Specificity:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • The candidate must have a good laptop and a modern mobile phone.
  • The candidate must have good computing skills, excel etc.
  • The candidate must be able to work from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. Every other Saturday from 09:00 to 14:00
  • The candidate must be able to work from home or other locations
  • The candidate must be cool headed, calm, respectful, friendly, hard working smart individual.

Job Title: Facilities Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Reporting to: General Manager

Job Description

  • We are looking for a full time Facilities Manager whose job description will include among others inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operating results.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the company’s facility operations, manage staff, manage office moves and manage janitorial duties.

Personal-Team-Organization:

  • Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance
  • Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary
  • Contract out landscaping and snow removal services
  • Oversee and supervise team of maintenance technicians
  • Execute equipment audits and record-taking policies
  • Coordinate with the Director of Capital Projects on the implementation of new building projects
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of OND with 1-5 years experience.

Competencies – Specificity:

  • Able to read and understand electrical, mechanical and automation solutions
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills.
