- Testing and fixing faulty equipment within and outside the company and attending to complaints from clients regarding technical problems on their installation.
- Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques and recommending system improvements.
- Document services and installation actions by completing forms, logs and records.
- Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
- Comprehend customer requirement and make appropriate recommendations & briefings.

- B.Sc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with accountable experience.
Job Title: Digital Marketer

Duties
- Generating, Negotiating and closing high revenue contracts from both public and private sectors across the country.
- Aggressively expanding the customer base and managing the existing customers for more patronage.
- Presenting sales proposals and prospects.
