Job Summary

  • The Corporate Lawyer is to handle all company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects. Your principal goal will be to guarantee that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations, while actively helping our company avoid possible risks and violations.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits.
  • Drafting legal documents for the company.
  • Handling all CAC related matters.
  • Advice management on legal matters.
  • Review and process legal documents.
  • Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings.
  • Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters
  • Protect the company against legal risks and violations
  • Examine the legal issues related to new products and services
  • Negotiation deals on behalf of the company
  • Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations

Requirement And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Licensed to practice Law from the Nigerian Bar Association
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer
  • In-depth knowledge in Regulatory & Compliance
  • Firsthand experience in CAC documentations.

Job Title: Corporate Services Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Corporate Services Officer is responsible for the management of Corporate Services of the Organisation and for ensuring the provision of high level systems and services for all administrative functions, including human resources, budget, finance, building facilities, IT and system development, procurement, legal services and related support activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the departments within the organisation on matters relating to any issue within the remit of Corporate Services;
  • Support the implementation of the Organisation policy.
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orientating, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation, designing systems, succession planning, employee relations and retention accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Scanning, saving and filing of corporate documents;

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Accountant is responsible for recording transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management
  • Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports.

Responsibilities

  • Management of accounting systems and processes which include system access and reconciliation of records
  • Preparing and reviewing analysis of cash forecast
  • Monitoring costs and expenditures against budgets and forecasts
  • Preparing all year end accounts
  • Preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
  • Responsible for reviews of all internal financial controls and the improvements on the business processes
  • Responsible for Finance and Accounting activities of the company
  • Calculation of applicable taxes according to the law
  • Ensure that the financial policies/procedures of the company are implemented efficiently and in line with generally accepted accounting practices (e.g. FIRS)
  • Institute adequate financial control systems and processes to secure the assets and Efficient operation of the organization
  • Develop key financial processes including budgeting, management & financial Accounting/reporting
  • Daily management of accounts
  • Monthly reports and analyses
  • Monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and variation reporting
  • Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirement and Experience

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance.
  • Professional qualification i. e ICAN, ACCA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in relevant field.
  • Experience in the use of different Accounting software (QuickBooks preferably)
  • Establishment and enforcement of sound internal controls
  • Excellent written and oral skills in English.
  • Strong operational management ability;
  • A clear focus on results – sets goals, plans, and prioritizes effectively, monitors quality and progress of work against plans.
