We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

Location: Abia

Criteria
We are looking for a quality control analyst to join our growing bio-based chemicals production operation. The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Have at least Two (2) years experience as a quality control analyst.
• Have excellent training in chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry or industrial microbiology.
• Have demonstrable experience developing and deploying analytical techniques for industrial quality control.
• Be able to demonstrate first-hand understanding of fermentation operations.
• Be able to document laboratory procedures very well.
• Be able to demonstrate clear leadership abilities.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.

ANY of the following will be considered advantageous:

• Prior experience working in ethanol production or similar process operations.
• Prior experience managing a chemical or industrial process.
• Prior experience designing or developing fermentation processes.
• Facility with microbiological laboratory operations.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abia

Criteria
We are looking for a business development manager to support our fast-growing bio-based chemicals production operation. The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Have at least Seven (7) years of cumulative experience in senior leadership roles in Technology or Industrial-based business operations.
• Have a strong fouundation in engineering or the sciences (preferably in combination with some business or administrative training).
• Have demonstrable experience developing and deploying industrial business operations.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to grow sales and expand business operations.
• Be able to lead and motivate teams of technical professionals.
• Be able to demonstrate intellectual curiousity, with a personal commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.

Job Title: Fermentation Specialist

Location: Abia

Job Requirements
We are looking for a scientist to join our growing bio-based chemicals refining and distillation operation. The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Have at least FIVE (5) years experience in microbiology, biochemistry, industrial chemistry or (bio)chemical engineering.
• Have excellent training in microbiology, biochemistry, chemical engineering, industrial chemistry or industrial microbiology.
• Have at least TWO (2) years of experience with industrial-scale fermentation operations. (We will consider school projects or thesis projects to count as part of this requirement).
• Be able to demonstrate first-hand understanding of fermentation operations.
• Be able to write and document process operations very well.
• Be able to demonstrate clear leadership abilities.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.

Job Title: Process Engineer (Distillation)

Criteria
We are looking for a process engineer to join our growing bio-based chemicals refining and distillation operation. The ideal candidate must meet all of the following criteria:

• Have excellent training in chemical engineering, industrial chemistry or mechanical engineering.
• Have at least three (3) years of experience working directly in distillation or related operations. (We will consider school projects or thesis projects to count as part of this requirement).
• Be able to demonstrate first-hand understanding of distillation and process operations.
• Be able to write and document process operations very well.
• Be able to demonstrate clear leadership abilities.
• Be able and available to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.

Any of the following will be considered advantageous:
