Job Descriptions
The Job holder will be saddled with the following responsibilities:
- Invent effective marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or up-sell to current clients.
- Use methods such as networking, cold calling etc to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential customers.
- Introduce client with befitting risk management strategies
- Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction
- Close Monitoring of Customers Insurance portfolio
- Maintain good relationship with current and prospective customers
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an insurance broker
- Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans (Life/ health and general)
- Proficient in the use of computers and statistics
- Large portfolio of clientele

Job Title: Junior Architect – Wood & Aluminium
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Type: Full-time
Job Description
The incumbent will be saddled but not limited to the below responsibilities;
- Taking comprehensive measurements of project spaces.
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer- aided design (CAD) applications.
- Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of a proposed project, including constraining factors such as; environmental impact and project budget.
- Working closely with other professionals and contractors in determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
- Making site visits to ensure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Paying regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Assist in Inspecting and surveying buildings
- Assist in defining project requirements and schedule during the project.
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Produce “sample” and “mood products”
PS: The job holder is not limited to the above- mentioned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Illustrator or other design programs
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Communication and presentation skills
- Project management skills
- BS degree in Architecture or Similar
