Job Title: Senior Marketer and Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Job Title: Accountant/Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the finance and budget activities of the office including assisting in Preparation of annual budget submission and revisions by estimating the cost of staff as well as rental and utilities, office equipment and supplies, printing, and other contracts, services or running expenses, to include in the budget.
  • Verify all expense claims to certify correctness and ensure that all appropriate supporting documents have been provided.
  • Upon request, extracts monthly financial reports of all active projects from the accounting/financial system.
  • Ensuring that all cash and cheque payment requests are duly completed, certified and approved by authorized staff and all necessary supporting documents are provided before payment is done.
  • Maintaining filing system for vouchers and all financial instructions/guidelines issued and filing system and ensuring the documentation is regularly updated
  • Maintenance of an effective banking system including preparing monthly bank reconciliation
  • Maintain the office petty cash
  • Ensure compliance with all local, national and, where relevant, international legal requirements related to project finances
  • Liaise with service providers and staff where necessary to ensure prompt settlement of bills.
  • Assist in ensuring staff advances are properly liquidated and accounted for through staff advance accounts
  • General management of the office; ensure regular supply of power, water; ensure timely supply and adequacy of office supplies e.g. stationery, ink, paper; proper maintenance and safety of office.
  • Proper maintenance of office files including client, accounting and contract files (ease of retrieving information).
  • Oversees the operation of office accounts, planning and monitoring of expenditure, liaising with vendors (obtain best pricing for good quality at all times)
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested

Key Requirements

  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2:2 in Business Administration, Management, Finance or other related field
  • Applicant with have a master’s degree or an MBA in will be at an advantage.
  • An Advanced Professional degree is highly preferred.
  • Applicants must have worked for minimum of 3 years with experience of 1 – 2 years in the Administrative/ Accounting background

 

Job Title: Senior Solar Engineer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the job site, identify and resolve any potential hazards
  • Create or interpret the solar panel installation plans, mapping out the steps of the installation and where all of the components will be installed.
  • Install, inspect, maintain and repair solar panel systems, including the solar collectors, concentrators, batteries, pumps, fans, or support structure.
  • Do any and all electrical work needed to connect solar system to electric grid. This includes proper grounding systems, controls and all testing necessary.
  • Weatherproof the solar installation in accordance with local safety regulations and the specifications of the manufacturer.
  • Good customer service, attention to detail and a strong work
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
  • Development of project schedules and coordination of same
  • Management of staffing and resources required for on time solar project completion
  • Coordinate the procurement of materials and staffing needed for each project
  • Perform regular check ins/site visits with on-site personnel to track project progress
  • Serve as point of contact for customers & clients for each project
  • Provide progress reports and regular updates to clients and senior management as required.
  • Assist service operations team in troubleshooting issues related to installation
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Solar panel engineering and installation
  • Aware of the latest Solar market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future
  • Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Able to be persuasive and procure buy-in from upper management
  • Solid computer skills and awareness of web-based marketing and social media
  • Track record and evidence of success in required position
  • Proficient in the use auto card for project design.
  • Experience in hybrid solar installation and verse knowledge in solar system design and installation

 

Job Title: Human Resource/Compliance Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
  • Evaluating the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
  • Revising procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
  • Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them
  • Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences.
  • Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Other duties as requested

Key Requirements

  • Applicant must have a minimum of 2.2 in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, Industrial Relations Finance and other related field
  • An Advanced Professional degree is highly preferred.
  • Applicants must have worked for a minimum of 1 – 2 years in related field
