Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The candidate would sell a company’s products and services to individuals, businesses and government organizations
  • Most importantly, the sales executive would approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business
  • It would be pertinent for the Sales executive to maintain good relationships with existing clients and gain repeat business wherever possible.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

Remuneration

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The HR assistant duties involve a wide range of support activities inside our HR department, from coordinating meetings to maintaining our employee database to posting job ads.
  • An important part of your role will be to act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions.
  • You’ll also assist in creating policies, processes and documents.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Personnel Management or related field.
  • Professional qualification -CIPM
  • Relevant work experience in the educational sector, Minimum of 2 years.
  • Location: Island Lagos and interested candidates must reside on the Island.

Remuneration
