Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location:
 Lagos

Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant is primarily responsible for providing executive, administrative, and strategy development support to the CEO on all areas under his purview.
  • He/she will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the CEO.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a liaison to the Board, senior management teams and all employees.
  • He/she would organize and coordinate executive and strategic activities and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects around strategy and core business activities.

Job Functions
Administrative Support:

  • Assist the CEO with daily administrative duties and complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.
  • Conserves the CEO’s time and promote the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; acting as liaison between the CEO, key executives, and the employees.
  • Communicate with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinate logistics for high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinate meetings and strategic activities with the senior leadership team and other members of the business.
  • Support the CEO in his external commitments related to the business and process his activities and/or memberships with other organizations.
  • Arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling flights; booking other transportation where needed; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
  • Ensure the responsibilities of the CEO are well executed in line with the expectations of the company’s directors according to lawful and ethical standards.
  • Administer the budget for the CEO’s office and ensuring spend is consistent with company’s policy.
  • May occasionally be required to run business and personal errands on behalf of the CEO

Strategy & Business Operations Support:

  • Contribute to strategic planning and development as a member of the executive team, specifically advising the CEO as to effects of policies and strategies on the organization
  • Provide professional support in strategic tasks and in the day-to-day activities of the business. Prepare and follow-up with meetings, and take responsibility for the preparation of presentations at management level
  • Manage projects in a large context especially in the areas critical to the company’s development (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial Operations, People Operations, Compliance, etc.)
  • Carry out analysis, evaluation and preparation of decision-making recommendations as well as strategic and operational tasks within the company’s outlined strategy
  • Manage Internal communication with various stakeholders at strategic level to support the company’s strategy
  • Conduct market, customer and competition analyses and evaluate results and KPIs in respect to the CEO’s requirements and needs
  • Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.

Job Title: Centre Operations Officer
Location:

Job Description

  • The successful candidates will perform all necessary safety and emission inspection on a variety of vehicles, such as passenger cars, jeeps and certain types of mobile vehicles.
  • He/she will inspect overall interior and exterior conditions of cars and inspect operations of windshield wiper and washer, speedometer, turn signals and on a need basis, work computer terminal to process and review vehicle information.
  • He/she will conduct vehicle identification inspections on vehicles for customers seeking to sell their cars.

Essential Job Functions

  • Scan vehicles with vehicle scanning equipment to determine status of vehicle.
  • Comprehensive check of vehicle interior and exterior parts.
  • Greet and direct customers seeking a vehicle identification inspection.
  • Review customers ownership records for completeness and to assure all pertinent documentation is included. When necessary, inform customers of additional information needed, and serve as a source of referral.
  • Conduct identification inspections on various types of vehicles. Inspection includes comparison of the vehicle’s identification numbers (VIN) with the numbers listed on the customer’s ownership records, and a notation of current odometer reading.
  • Review customer’s titles for accuracy and completeness. Review includes titles from other states and foreign countries.
  • Following established procedures, conduct on-site identification inspections for local car dealerships, as assigned.
  • Complete a Statement of Inspection on all vehicles inspected. Forward completed Statement of Inspection to designated staff for additional processing.
  • Inform supervisor of any vehicles that have questionable odometer readings or identification numbers or have missing or numbers.
  • Maintain work area, tools, equipment, and official forms in an efficient, clean, and organized manner.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, customers, co-workers and supervisors.
  • Operate a vehicle, safely and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations, in the performance of job duties.

Education

Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Description

  • This role’s overarching responsibilities include Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) efforts in delivering relevant and insightful business analysis and reporting that enable effective decision-making from senior leaders and improve the Company’s overall performance.
  • This position will include our budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial modeling/reporting consolidation efforts across all businesses and functional disciplines to provide the highest caliber of quality financial information that is accurate, comprehensive, and insightful.
  • This is a critical position, where extensive experience in financial analysis and business modeling are required.
  • It requires the ability to form strong working partnerships with business leaders to effectively execute and support objectives.

Job Functions

  • Own the FP&A strategy and process with identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the FP&A efforts in building value-added insight into all financial measures of the business, partnering closely with Commercial Operations, Technology, Trading & Auction and other key units for consolidation of forecasted P&L, cash flow and balance sheet.
  • Lead financial modeling capabilities for real-time analysis of financial scenarios and operational efficiencies to improve the Company’s financial performance and provide key input into preparation of external guidance.
  • Lead FP&A teams in delivery of monthly and quarterly management reporting packages and various executive communications, including analysis and reporting of financial forecasts, key performance indicators (KPIs), year-to-date and actual versus budget variances.
  • Strong partnership with External Reporting and Investor Relations for financial reporting to Board of Directors/Audit Committee and external investors/analysts.
  • Lead the Company’s execution of multi-year strategic planning models and financial projections, with support of FP&A and business leaders.

  • Lead preparation of the annual business plan and analysis
