Job Title: Customer Service & Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Attend to customers’ calls and emails.
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Organize logistics and courier service
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Perform work related errands as requested

Requirements

  • BSc/HND can apply.
  • 0-2 years experience.
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
  • Proficiency in computer usage – MS Office, Printing
  • Females have a higher advantage

 

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

Job Description

  • Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
  • Develop periodic reports for management
  • Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
  • Keep information confidential and secure them with database backups
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation
  • Prepare budget and financial forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Conduct month-end and year-end close process
  • Collect, analyze and summarize account information

Qualifications

  • Minimum of B.Sc or HND in Accounting
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Membership of Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) will be an added advantage.

 

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Job Description

  • Install and configure software, computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware and networks; onsite and remotely.
  • Walk clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
  • Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications.
  • Test, evaluate, and make decisions about new technology for the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in related discipline.
  • 1-3 years experience in similar role.
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required.
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike is an added advantage.

 

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Manage and interpret customer requirements – speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
  • Communicate sales or service opportunities and customer concerns or suggestions
  • Expand market awareness of our products and our industry experience by communicating features and benefits of our products and services effectively
  • Work with the technical team to ensure customer project requirements are met
  • Maintaining records of customer communications and contact information as required
  • Researches market requirements and market data
  • Maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc/HND in a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years sales or marketing experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

 

Job Title: Mobile Phone Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Perform routine inspection, testing, and repair of smart phones and other mobile devices.
  • Accurately document repairs and parts information on company portal.
  • Read and translate repair documents and videos.
  • Interact with customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service. Keeps work area clean and sterile.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND
  • 3-5 years experience
  • He must have good knowledge and experience with soldering equipment used for chip components.
  • He must be proficient in computer skills and have knowledge of operating different types of mobile phones.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike is an added advantage.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Dispatch riders transport items quickly by motorcycle. They pick up documents, packages, letters and food orders from customer´s offices, houses or restaurants and then deliver them to final destinations.
  • The dispatch rider receives instructions from the client service personnel about where and when to collect packages and the destination address for dispatch.
  • Dispatch riders sign for the package on collection, and get an appropriate person to sign for it upon delivery
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for making deliveries
  • Record information, such as items received and delivered
  • Perform routine maintenance on bikes, such as monitoring fluid levels and replenishing fuel.

Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE).
  • Enjoy motorcycling and be a skilled rider
  • Possess a rider’s permit
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records
  • Have the ability to read and follow maps and guides, plan and learn routes
  • Have a mature attitude, reliable and punctual.
  • Be friendly and presentable.
  • A basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance is useful.
