We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Services Executive

Location: Lagos

Brief Description

  • The position of customer service representative consists of interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products or services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Tasks

  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ problems;
  • Compare disputed merchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices, and prepare invoices for returned goods;
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints;
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments;
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing;
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken;
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes;
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation;
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills;
  • Review insurance policy terms to determine whether a particular loss is covered by insurance.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent;
  • Ability to use computers and computer systems, to process and verify information, and to resolve conflicts or negotiate.

Job Title: Receptionist/ Admin Officer

Location: Lagos

Brief Description

  • The position of receptionist consists of answering inquiries and obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. It also consists of providing information regarding activities conducted at establishment; location of departments, offices, and employees within organization.

Tasks

  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries;
  • File and maintain records;
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations;
  • Hear and resolve complaints from customers and public;
  • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward calls, providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments;
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents;
  • Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents;
  • Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided;
  • Receive payment and record receipts for services;
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • OND, HND, B.Sc or equivalent in Mass Communication , Public Administration, English/Literature or equivalent
  • Proficiency in the use of Computers Application and Software;

Job Title: Sales Engineer

Location: Lagos

Brief Description

  • The position of sale engineer consists of selling business goods or services, the selling of which requires a technical background equivalent to a baccalaureate degree in engineering.

Tasks

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support;
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements;
  • Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements, including request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions;
  • Diagnose problems with installed equipment;
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs;
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers;
  • Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment;
  • Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production;
  • Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery;
  • Sell products requiring extensive technical expertise and support for installation and use, such as material handling equipment, numerical-control machinery, and computer systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

Job Title: Accounts and Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The position of purchasing manager consists of planning, directing, or coordinating the activities of buyers, purchasing officers, and related workers involved in purchasing materials, products, and services.

Tasks

  • Constant generation of ideas to improve inventory turns on purchased materials, with a focus on standardized components;
  • Develop a yearly business plan for Purchasing based on operational guidelines and company goals, and review on an ongoing basis;
  • Focus on constant improvements to your departments processes and work flow;
  • Lead all employees within the department to achieve individual goals;
  • Manage the vendor evaluation process, with an effective vendor evaluation schedule and disciplined follow up of vendor status criteria;
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with all vendors, and set guidelines so that the Purchasing team has a clear understanding of purchasing parameters and processes as negotiated;
  • Reduce inventory while satisfying customers’ requirements through accurate inventory/usage data analysis and effective vendor stock solutions;
  • Work in a safe manner by adhering to all Company Health and Safety policies and legislated regulations;
  • Work with companies within the group to utilize existing vendor knowledge and supply chain strategy.
  • Advise clients in areas such as compensation, employee health care benefits, the design of accounting or data processing systems, or long-range tax or estate plans;
  • Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice;
  • Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements;
  • Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology;
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs;
  • Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts;
  • Maintain or examine the records of government agencies;
  • Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;
  • Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals;
  • Report to management regarding the finances of an establishment.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND, B.Sc in Accounting/Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing/Supply or equivalent
  • Ability to adjust actions in relation to others’ actions, to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
