Job Title: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain/regulate the working structure by updating job roles, descriptions, and specifications for staff at all levels.
- Managing/Overseeing the affairs and activities of the Hospital.
- Overseeing the recruitment/hiring of new individuals to the hospital’s workforce whenever the need arises.
- Conduction of orientation programs for new intakes.
- Getting employees ready and equipped at all times to deliver organizational assignment.
- Handling employees’ grievances and settling inter-personal disagreements between staff whenever such arise.
- Ensuring legal compliance of the organization to relevant governmental human resource requirements.
- Keeping account of historical HR records by designing a filing and retrieval system; preserving past/current records.
- Liaising with the accounting dept. in planning, preparing, executing and monitoring staff remuneration in accordance with their role and work input.
- Getting and maintaining optimum results from workforce; monitoring and appraising job, counselling if need be, and undertaking disciplinary measures when members of staff don’t live up to expectation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must satisfy the following:
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related fields.
- Must be certified by the institute of personnel management of Nigeria (IPMN).
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Hospital Administration Certification will be an added advantage
