Job Title: Admin/Client Service Officer
- Act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries and also provide an exceptional level of service to clients.
- The Admin/Client service Officer will assist clients in understanding company’s products and identifying solutions to fit their needs whilst continuing to achieve customer satisfaction levels.
- He/She will ensure all orders are fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company and clients database
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Resolve problems pertaining to clients orders.
- Ensure all client orders are processed on-time.
- Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and demonstrate how we can add value to their business.
- Identify potential customer needs/ opportunities to grow the business.
- 0-3 years’ work experience as an Administrative/Client Service Officer or similar roles
- Solid knowledge of office procedures
- Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Preferably male
