We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: IT Auditor & Risk Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Role

  • Successful candidate must be able to display a detailed understanding of the activity under audit, including IT risks and controls

Principal Accountabilities

  • Assess IT risks and internal control strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop audit work program;
  • Execute the work outlined in the audit work program.
  • Document the work performed and conclusions in electronic work papers.
  • Work as part of integrated audit teams.
  • Regularly interact and communicate with management to discuss and present audit results, gain acceptance and provide advice to remediate on audit issues.
  • Advise IT and business stakeholders on control best practices within their processes to reduce risks and improve efficiency and financial profitability.
  • Share expertise and experience with the audit team and acts as a coach on specific projects.
  • Supports the annual Sarbanes-Oxley compliance activities by testing and evaluating effectiveness of key SOX control activities.
  • Participate in special projects by conducting specific and technical review / investigation activities.
  • Identify potential threats to the financial stability of the company, including risky credit, investments, and portfolio inefficiencies.
  • Detect potential threats to operational efficiency including underperforming resources, personnel liabilities, property inefficiencies, and safety risks.
  • Recognize potential threats to the company’s reputation including marketing missteps.
  • Prepare and maintains internal and external data gathering for risk analysis and reporting.
  • Design and implements methods for avoiding potential threats using available risk metric software and personal knowledge of the industry.
  • Deliver regular risk analysis reports to company executives complete with actionable plans for avoiding or preventing potential threats at all levels.
  • Coordinate programs designed to minimize threats and anticipate threats to the company.
  • Develop insurance strategies and financing techniques to appropriately deal with any unanticipated losses.
  • Oversee all audits of accounting practices, safety measures, and compliance reports.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments either through a team of risk management experts or personally on site.
  • Manages and prepares all documentation related to risk assessments and reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • The job holder MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree 2nd Class honours (Upper division) in Computer, Finance, Information Technology or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years’ post qualification in a reputable organisation.
  • Possession of a Master’s Degree and relevant professional certification i.e. (CISA) will be an added advantage.

Job Title: General Manager – SME Sales

Location: Lagos

Key Roles

  • The incumbent is responsible for maximizing revenues within the designated area through the planning and management of sales activities.
  • Also responsible for revenue generation through the guidance of the work efforts of his team made up of Team Lead, Sale Executives, and Technical Support Executives.

Key Accountability

  • Develop action plans and strategies to achieve desired sales targets
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention within the sector as per business objectives
  • Assist in building an in-depth knowledge of the client’s operating environment, business drivers, objectives, strengths and challenges to be able to develop and implement solutions to meet their strategic needs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify new prospects and sales opportunities in order to ensure that deployed infrastructure is fully utilized
  • Conduct competitive research to establish competitor strategies and develop counter measures to increase sales
  • Assist clients in understanding the value proposition and differentiations of the SWIFT SME products and services
  • Design, implement, deliver and manage SME sales training program for direct and indirect partner sales teams
  • Monitor the completion of the end-to-end sales process – from client prospecting to bill delivery
  • Assist in the development of location specific value propositions and differentiated SME customer engagement
  • Promote and sell products and services to target markets to meet their needs and to achieve the sales targets and revenue budgets
  • Use relevant metrics and measures to routinely monitor performance against targets and take appropriate actions to ensure targets are met and exceeded
  • Track and provide sales performance data to support management decision – making and provide professional advice and input to develop sales plans

Requirements

  • The job holder must have a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2nd Class honours (Upper division) in engineering or business related discipline from a reputable university.
  • At least 12 years’ post qualification experience preferably in service industry and or telecommunications or information technology.
  • Possession of a Master’s degree and proven track record in volume sales or campaign management and customer management will be an added advantage.
