Job Title: Office Manager

Ref: OM
Location: Nigeria

Job Profile

  • Plan and coordinate the office affairs, system and devise ways to streamline processes.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
  • Manage schedules and deathnes.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
  • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians).
  • Organize and supervise other office activities and the secretarial staff.

General Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Member of the institute of chartered administrators will be an advantage.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience – Post professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 45-50 years of age
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills

 

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

General Qualifications/Competencies

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences or the Humanities
  • A Master’s Degree or/and professional qualification will be added advantage
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A good team player and with good negotiation skills
  • Ability to handle the pressure of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment
  • Resident in, or ready to relocate to Abua or Lagos

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years hands-on post NYSC work experience
  • Cognate experience in Sales and Marketing. preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Banking and/or Telecommunications industry
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft office Packages
  • Ability to work late and under pressure with little or no supervision
  • Minimum age brackets within 40 to 45 years from the date of publication.
  • High degree of integrft)c confidentiality confidence and ability to contribute to corporate culture
  • Applicant must have a good and vast knowledge of the country
  • Applicant must be ready and willing to travel- at shortest notice- within and outside the countrt if need arises.

 

Job Title: Male Secretary

Job Ref: MSEC
Location: Nigeria

Job Profile

  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Document expenses and hand in reports.

General Qualifications Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Secretarial Studies or any related field.
  • Member of the institute of chartered administrators will be an advantage.

Experience/Competency Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in secretarial management.
  • Minimum of 45-50 years of age
  • Must have worked as confidential secretary to the Managing Director or related position.
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skils.
  • Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
