Job Title: Mobile Developer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • A front facing type of environment working directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them to solutions quickly. You will also need to interface with the back end team consistently. This is a high-paced environment where the tasks have critical impacts on day-to-day operations and thus require the utmost concentration and responsibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and build advanced applications for the iOS & Android platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
  • Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Educational Requirement

  • B.Sc in Software Engineering, Mobile Application Development, Mobile Computing, Computer Science or any related programming centric field.

Professional Experience/Skills

  • 5 or more years experience in software development with hands on experience in mobile iOS and/or Android development.
  • Successfully developed & deployed one or more native iOS app and/or Android app that showcases a rich, interactive user interface.
  • Extensive programming experience in Javascript, React Native
  • Knowledge of Java, Swift/Objective C and Cocoa Touch.
  • Knowledge of UI and animation frameworks, touch user interface, and MVP (minimum viable product) application design.
  • Strong object-oriented skills including design, coding, and testing patterns.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends and emerging technologies.

 

Job Title: Front End Developer

Job Duties

Requirement:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ondo

Overview

  • Project Manager is responsible for delivering IT project to schedule, budget and quality. The role requires mastery of the technical knowledge of project management inter-related process stages i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in related processes such as portfolio management, program management, methods, tools, quality assurance is also required.
  • Project manager must have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills to successfully lead and manage the project team and project stakeholders, and have expertise recognized and requested by customers.

Job Duties

  • Successfully execute the project to agreed schedule, budget and scope.
  • Perform the relevant project management processes – i.e. initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close, and the supporting processes e.g. scope, cost, time, issue, risk, resource, communication, stakeholder management.
  • Plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline.
  • Monitor and control the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in control.
  • Report on variances to the approved project baseline Assists in project closure to formalize acceptance of the project result and release project resources.
  • Interface and communicate with project team, management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in project work and resources to enable successful and timely completion of the project.

  • Monitor project baseline to ensure activities are occurring as planned – scope, budget and schedule – manages variances.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues on projects – leading team to develop risk management and issues management plans.
  • Identify potential points of contention for missed deliverable; creates and implements strategy to mitigate shortfalls in timeline and budget.
  • Anticipate problems before they occur; defines the problem or risk; identifies possible causes; works with team to identify solutions; selects and implements most appropriate solution.
  • Develop and manage plans to address project strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
  • Ability to balance both the “science” of how to perform project management and the “art” of project management, which is learned through experience and skill training/application.

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
  • Conversant with working in a corporate IT and Financial environment.
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years hands-on experience in project management.
  • Work experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Business Process Management (BPM), required
  • Other relevant experience in a related technical field.
  • Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management).
  • Track record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promises.
  • Extensive experience of delivery that includes the use of supplier and off-shore resources.

Job Title: Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect custom report requirements and build to specification
  • Collect custom product customization requirements and build to specification
  • Collect integration requirements and build API’s to specification (Channel Integrations)
  • Perform application System Integration Tests.
  • Undertake software design and development activities as part of a project team.
  • Provide expert technical assistance and mentoring to staff.
  • Review work to ensure completion criteria are met.
  • Undertake tasks within agreed time-frame.
  • Assist in assessing the performance of staff that have undertaken activities under your direct supervision.

Educational Requirement

Professional Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated industry experience in the development of software systems and components.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience developing enterprise java applications using Spring

Requirement:

  • Experience designing, developing, securing and consuming Web services (Restful and SOAP-based services).
