Job Description

  • The Head, Business Development to oversee the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing activities and the day to day management of the Business Development team.

Requirements

 

  • A minimum of 10 years post qualification experience of which at least 8 years must have been in the financial sector and 4 years in top/senior positions.
  • Capacity to stimulate quality performance and sustainable growth for the Company.
  • Must have good understanding of the Nigerian financial markets.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • A minimum of First degree or its equivalent in numerate or semi numerate disciplines such as Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Law and Business Studies and/or an acceptable professional qualification.
