Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
  • Be involved in stock control and management.
  • Ensuring shelves are stocked with merchandise.
  • Answering queries from customers.
  • Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
  • Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
  • Keeping customers up to date with special promotions.
  • Assist in creating marketing programs and campaigns
  • Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
  • Communicating with supermarkets, gyms and cafes to stock our products
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Skills and Specifications

  • Having a friendly and engaging personality.
  • Comfortable working with members of the public.
  • Should have a confident manner.
  • Must be helpful and polite.
  • Assistants should be physically fit as they will be on their feet for most of the day and may be required to lift large amounts of stock.

Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Lagos (Lekki axis)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am -6pm

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced, hard-working production supervisor to join our innovative baking team for our production line.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Planning and organizing production schedulesfor factory workers
  • Assessing and determining amount of project and resource requirements (workforce, raw materials etc.)
  • Enforcing and ensuring health and safety regulations are met
  • Carry out physical quality checks on the line.
  • Monitoring orders and purchasing materials
  • Oversee repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
  • Liaise with buyers, marketing team and sales staff
  • Estimate costs and prepare budgets in conjunction with accountant
  • Supervise, motivate and evaluate performance of production personnel
  • Ensure products are properly packed and meets the company’s quality standards
  • Prepare and undertake shift duties including nights and weekend (when required)
  • Draft and submit daily production report to management.
  • Creatively come up with new ideas and designs for products
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.
  • Ensure that all products are properly batched for traceability.
  • Ensure that raw materials and consumables are present as at when needed.

Skills and Specifications

  • Experience in reporting on key production metrics
  • Able to work effectively with formulas, weights and volume measurements
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and oral/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent in communication, numeracy, organizational and leaderships skills
  • Should be of a smart appearance and articulate.
  • Willingness to be coached, take direction, and follow our production guidelines.

Education and Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc level with basic office skills.
  • Ideal candidate must have experience as a production manager
  • Proficient in MS Office and Enterprise Management Planning (ERP) software
  • Interested candidates MUST reside on lekki axis, Lekki phase 1 or Ajah.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must have minimum 5 years’ experience in production, packaging and must have manufacturing experience with production planning.

Salary

  • N75,000 – N90,000 monthly, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible. Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, cyclical sales meeting

Educational and Other Requirements

  • HND/B.Sc in Social Science Courses
  • 3 years’ sales experience at managerial level.
  • Hands on experience in FMCG
  • Good knowledge of market and product development
  • Computer Savvy, MS Office Package

What we are looking for:

  • The holder of this position is responsible for driving the sales of all products at TNNFC.
  • The holder over sees the activities of the marketing department and ensures that all sales representatives consistently bring in new customers while maintaining old ones.
  • The job role also involves selling products by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Positive track-record of superior sales and marketing performance.
  • Must have High integrity index and ability to lead effectively.
