Job Descriptions

  • Operate filing system to ensure that all paperwork is properly maintained. Maintain Prodom Database for correspondence.
  • Document production, archiving and control (e.g. assigns codes/numbers to documents).
  • Generate standard reports from systems.
  • Provide first point of contact internally and for outside callers to the Package team.
  • Type and write up paper work associated with supporting manager or others professionals.
  • Requisition standard goods/stationery for the Package team.
  • Ensure good coordination and communication with Package and other concerned personnel.
  • Prepare mission order and assist Package personnel in travel logistics.
  • Participate to the welcome and integration of newcomers on the Package.
  • Keep updated the POB in the Package.
  • Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by hierarchy.

Job Title: Project Control Lead (Brownfield & ICSS) – M/F

Job Descriptions

  • Contracting Activities: To assist in the implementation the contracting strategy for the project in compliance with TOTAL E&P obligations and procedures (call for tender, commercial bid analysis, contract preparation, contract management and administration until close-out).
  • Documentation & Reporting: To elaborate the specifications to be used by all contractors in order to transfer the final technical project documentation to Operations at project close-out; to implement, in collaboration with DCC Leader, the PRODOM data base, recommended by PJC; to prepare and issue monthly project reports, PJC half-year reports and PJC quarterly reports, ensuring appropriate content and quality of information.
  • Scheduling: To elaborate the package Schedule/ planning and consolidate the overall progress through identification/follow-up of the critical path and analysis of main deviations incurred during the execution of the project; to review identified deviations and propose accurate measures or adapted corrections.
  • Working Procedures: To define working procedures, with reference to the Project Execution Plan (PEP), to cover the coordination and control of project services duties.
  • Cost Control: To supervise constantly, in close coordination with the Finance/Budget Leader, cost control activities, follow-up of budgetary stages and internal/external Project Annual Costs (initial, revised, closure); to implement and optimise constructive implication from concerned packages, alerting relevant managers if necessary.
  • Assist the Package Managers at all project phases with reporting, meetings organisation and attendance with tenderers and/or local authorities, project schedule follow-up. Also ensuring of all project technical and contractual correspondences are duly answered.
  • Monitoring at all stages of the project development the Nigerian content plan / requirements are well followed. Will be accountable for duly reporting of Nigerian content for the CIC and ICSS packages.
  • Consolidate and advise Package Managers of any schedule & commercial issues arising from changes providing the justification through all disciplines of the change. Ensure complete documentation of all changes, and communication of these in compliance with the Total process and the processes agreed with Partners and regulatory authorities.

Profile

  • The candidate will be graduated with an MSc in Engineering or Law; certified copy of diploma with grade shall be provided; ideally the candidate will be also a chartered Engineer (such as C.Eng MICE); his education will have been complemented by professional trainings during his past professional experience. Pending professional experience candidate with a Bachelors Degree (BSc.) in Engineering will be also given consideration for the position.
  • The candidate will have minimum 10 years experience in the industry (although preferably with practice of Oil & Gas industry for offshore works) as contract/planning engineer with responsibilities including small team management; will also have knowledge of TOTAL and international contracting principles, practice codes / standards. Excellent English verbal and in written skills are requested.

Job Title: Operations Safety Leader (M/F)

Job Description

  • Ensures proper implementation of the Company HSE Policies, DGEP HSE rules and contractors’ compliance with the HSE clauses from relevant contracts;
  • Investigates and analyzes all incidents and accidents, prepares cause tree analysis, compiles reports. Follows up on corrective actions to ensure completion and compliance;
  • Promotes safe and responsible work culture with the Company logistics and contractor personnel;
  • Participate to the Board of Enquiry (BOE) in case of a fatal accident or any other major incidents
  • Reviews logistics contractors’ HSE Management Systems, identifies gaps that require bridging with the Company’s HSE MS systems, prepares, issues and updates the bridging documents;
  • Conducts regular audits of contractors’ facilities (bases, heliports, vessels, etc.) in cooperation with Aviation and Marine specialists;
  • Schedules HSE training sessions for the JV Technical Logistics personnel;
  • Maintains all HSE records, statistics and KPIs to ensure accurate reporting: recording of all incidents, accidents, safety observations, using the Company’s systems and databases (ex. Synergi, Enablon, etc.);
  • Prepares departmental monthly HSE reports and any other ad-hoc reports as requested by the management;
  • Supports all Company Safety Initiatives and organizes HSE campaigns for logistics contractors;
  • Ensure that contractor’s Anomaly reporting system is in place on site and that cards are reported and analyzed for trends and subsequent actions identified
  • Organizes and chairs special HSE events: departmental HSE committees, HSE Forums, etc.
  • Supports HQ audits as required, provides information, and organizes HSE reviews for the LSO department;

Profile

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in an HSE or engineering discipline.
  • Fully conversant with relevant legislation, Company Rules (Referential) and best practices.
  • Fully conversant with the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum of 5 years Oil and Gas Industry Experience in the HSE capacity.

Job Title: CIC Worksite QA/QC Supervisor (M/F)

Job Descriptions

  • Ensure that Contractor and Subcontractors maintain adequate specialised technical competence in welding, NDE, painting, various tests, etc., at all levels for achievement of required quality of result of Works, reporting any shortfall to hierarchy redress.
  • Review the Contractor, Subcontractor and Vendors’ QA/QC documentations and work procedures related to welding, NDE, painting, tests, etc., and ensure that proposed processes, qualifications, products and equipment comply with project quality technical and safety requirements.
  • Be in charge of quality and technical surveillance of Contractor and Subcontractors’ Works in compliance with approved Quality Control Plans (QCPs) & Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Follow up of processes qualifications, production tests, mechanical test, etc., related to the Works to ensure compliance to procedure and reliability / acceptability of results.
  • Review of technical queries and deviations requests related to the welding, NDE, painting, tests, etc., issued by Contractor on the Works.
  • Ensure that the Works are carried out in accordance with best practices, project specifications and standards; providing technical guidance to Contractor and Subcontractor Worksite team.
  • Monitor and report on quality control activities at the Worksite to the COMPANY Site Representative and QA/QC Lead.
  • Carry out regular inspection and audit of facilities and processes employed for the Works to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Review, monitor and report daily the status of inspection and test activities executed by the Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors at the Worksite.
  • Monitor Contractor and Subcontractor’s verification of welding and coating products certification with incoming products by batch numbers, ensuring respect of expiring dates and required storage conditions.
  • Monitor Contractor and Subcontractor’s traceability system (daily reports, batch numbers, QC inspection reports, etc.), including control and traceability of project materials incorporated or to be incorporated to the Works.
  • Follow up NCRs and CARs related to the welding, NDE, painting, tests, etc., and take appropriate actions to ensure closure of pending issues accordingly.
  • Conduct “X” check of NDE Operators and test equipment. Perform independent “X” check & testing of structures, piping and fittings (forgings, cold bending, weldments, etc.).
  • Report any problem immediately to hierarchy and QA/QC Leader, and provide technical assistance to Contractor or Subcontractor as required or necessary.
  • Ensure that Contractor and Subcontractor properly prepare, organize and file all documentation related to the Works and that as-built documentation is according to contract specification.

Profile

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent in relevant discipline with 5 years minimum experience in QA/QC supervision role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Minimum 7 years of working experience in Oil and Gas industry construction activities.
  • Certified welding Inspector (CWI), CSWIP, or equivalent. Must have ASNT or EN473 Level II for Radio, UT, MPI, as a minimum.
  • Quality Assurance Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Total technical referential and HSE Golden Rules. Good knowledge of welding processes. Very good knowledge of material and equipment. Very good competencies related to NDE Techniques. Familiarity with Contractor, Subcontractor & Supplier documentation i.e. QCP/ITP, Construction / Fabrication Dossiers, Material Certification, Quality Records etc.
  • Ability to read fabrication drawings including welding symbols.
  • Team oriented, good communication, motivational, coordination and delegation skills.
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
