Our Client, one of the famous Supermarket Chain in Lagos requires self driven, qualified and competent individual to fill the position of:

Job Title: General Manager

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurial Studies, or other related fields.
• Post graduate degree in Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years experience as the General Manager in service or retail-related industry and a proven track-record in the retail industry

Competencies and skills
• Proven ability to negotiate and source contacts
• Adequate knowledge of supply chain management
• Understanding of basic retail concepts
• Knowledge of effective merchandise presentation standards
• Excellent experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong communication, team building and leadership skills
• Good knowledge of IT
• Ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
