Job Description
- We are seeking for an experienced Business Development Consultant/Manager to develop and expand on opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop strategic development strategies and plans
- Provide assistance with implementing suggested plans and strategies
- Oversee and examine new strategy progress and development
- Recruit,Educate, lead and supervise members of the business development team to ensure the project’s achievement
- Conduct complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
- Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors
- suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handle business deals operations and activities
- Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and present a detailed report for upper management
- Establish channels and sales strategies that maximize profitability
- Recruit, train, and collaborate with the entire company’s sales force, including creating training materials and incentives to bundle, cross-sell, and upsell;
- Develop and reporting accurate sales forecasts
- Regular travel required, both domestic and international.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years’ executive level experience
- Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across departments
- Effective, versatile and action-oriented
- Excellent communication skills.
