We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • You will be a  part of the team responsible for ensuring and validating product quality. This team is extremely conscious and empathetic with the end user, hence nothing less than stellar quality is accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests using prepared design and cases.
  • Prepare bug reports.
  • Conduct tests using prepared automated scripts.
  • Liaise with developers to ensure defects identified are fixed.
  • Take the ISTQB foundation within 6 months of joining.
  • Recommend new tools and processes to achieve better software quality.

Requirements

  • A First class or Second class upper Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
  • 0-1 year experience
  • Basic knowledge of at least 1 programming language e.g nodeJS or python
  • Basic knowledge of at least one RDBMS, Oracle or PostgreSQL preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of test automation tools is a plus
  • Basic SQL knowledge.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

  • The Administrative Assistant will be involved in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems by devising ways to streamline processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, stock and place orders.
  • Facilities maintenance and facilities checks on building, plumbing, power, generators, air conditioners and inverters.
  • Manage existing and prospective vendors to ensure company gets good quality and price for items.
  • Supervise and monitor company drivers, security, cleaners and junior staff overall.
  • Schedule maintenance, servicing, repairs and paper renewal for company’s vehicle.
  • Facilitate monthly work tool survey and repairs, asset stock taking, auction and sale management, etc.
  • Liaise with Admin lead to handle requests and queries from Senior and Executive Managers.
  • Other functions as assigned by your Line Manager.

Requirements

  • A First class or Second class upper Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
  • 0-1 year experience​.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot office equipment and other office electrical gadgets.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good attention to details.
